Shipping & Return Questons
Q: “How long will my order take to arrive?"
Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location but, on average, take 5 - 7 business days to arrive. Tracking information will be sent after your order ships. Orders containing multiple products can arrive in separate packages.
Q: “Do you offer free shipping?”
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $65 or more. If your order qualifies, the free-shipping option will appear during checkout.
Q: “Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?”
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Q: “What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?”
Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or next step.
Q: “What if my tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?”
Check the delivery area, mailbox, building entrance, and any location where the carrier normally leaves packages. Ask other members of your household or building before contacting the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Product Questions
Q: “Are your clothes unisex?”
Many of our pieces are designed for any gender, even when the original garment uses a traditional men’s cut. Femme Fatal includes silhouettes designed specifically around women’s fits. Check the fit notes and size chart on each product page before ordering.
Q: “How should I care for my order?”
Always follow the care instructions listed on the product page or garment label. To help protect printed artwork, wash the garment inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly over the print.
Q: “Why do the color and wash look slightly different from the photos?”
Snow-washed, sun-faded, distressed, and raw-finished garments are intentionally treated to create a worn-in appearance. Small differences in color, texture, distressing, and placement are normal and make each piece slightly unique.
